Approach
In collaboration with The Triad Mind, we utilize binaural beats to explore altered states of consciousness and reach life-changing meditative states, for the purpose of achieving self-realization and self-actualization. This program was developed by Mark Certo, former recording engineer for the world renowned Monroe Institute, and leading expert in the field of binaural beat technology. While the program was designed for home study, the overall experience and effectiveness of the program is greatly enhanced when facilitated in a group setting. Our approach is to bring together like minded explorers in a virtual group setting to expand consciousness, spark curiosity, share experiences, maintain momentum and maximize results.

Purpose of The Total Self
I started The Total Self because I want to help people. I’ve used binaural beats for over 20 years from various companies. I can confirm that they are not all created equal… not even close. There are many knock-offs and highly questionable recordings on the market today. For me, finding The Triad Mind was like finding buried treasure. It had such an incredible impact on my life that I felt I had to share it with the world. I applied to be a facilitator and spent many hours training with Mark over the course of several months.
